About Us

Under Construction Not Open For Business

Annabel’s Jewelry is the retirement dream of Steve and Annabel Brownfield. After a lifetime of avid rockhounding and collecting the time has come to finally “do something” with the collection due to early retirement for health reasons. For years we were out collecting, or we were honing our crafts at wire wrapping, silver smithing, and leather work. We have Lapidary tools to cut stones into slabs, slabs into shapes, and the grinders to dome cabochons in our studio. We can make cabochons from all types of silicates like Agate, Jasper, or Chalcedony in standard geometric shapes.  We polish rocks in our tumblers  and sell them at our many show appearances. Steve has a full silversmithing bench where he designs and produces his many award winning folk art creations. There is a leather shop in the studio where Steve has produced award winning pieces and includes three sewing machines capable of sewing everything from purse lining to saddle fenders up to 25″ wide and leather up to 7/8″ thick. Annabel, the tireless driving force of nature behind Annabel’s Jewelry, found her first fossil at the age of 10 and it has been a lifelong obsession ever since. Annabel has trained  and practiced for years in wire wrapping, and beadwork, and has a true love for colorful natural stone beads that always compliment her wire wrapped stones and fossils. She teaches classes in the studio on weekends and has won awards for her beautiful and innovative ideas in wire wrapping. Annabel utilizes what she finds including quartz crystals, fossils and the world famous Red Plume Agate from West Texas.  We also sell agate slabs, cabochons, rough agate, petrified wood pieces up to 100 lbs,  and fossils.  Ask us about our West Texas amethyst geode!

Return Policy

In cases of shipping damage or material defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our Customer Support Team at annabelsjewelry1@gmail.com. In many cases, action (in the form of repair, replacement, refund or store credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damage from shipping or material defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email, the item may be required to be returned to us for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product, and the remedy that is available.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by our Return Support Representative to have a material defect.   For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstance does Annabel’s Jewelry reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer.

If an ordered product is damaged, defective, or needs to be returned for any reason the recipient must make arrangements with Annabel’s Jewelry Support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to us. Please call 281-486-1866 to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You must make this request within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Be sure to specify the reason for the return request and indicate any preference for store credit, repair, or a refund. Please note that many of the jewelry items offered by Annabel’s Jewelry are one of a kind works of art and therefore are not replaceable.
